La marque de lingerie Chantelle va lancer une nouvelle gamme plus écoresponsable. Pour cette fabrication, il n’est pas question de produire au bout du monde, Chantelle a donc décidé de relocaliser. Un défi pour les petites mains qui vont coudre et assembler culottes et soutiens gorge.

Quand un soutien gorge aura fait son temps ou ne plaira plus à la cliente, il suffira qu’elle le ramène en boutique. Il sera totalement recyclé, détruit puis transformé en une sorte de copeaux, qui retourneront dans la matière principale pour fabriquer un nouvel article.

Le lancement officiel de cette nouvelle gamme verte et locale est prévu pour septembre prochain. Et si le succès se confirme, l’usine d’Épernay pourrait recruter d’autres salariées.

Bel engagement de la part de Stephan Rigot, directeur de l’usine, cette démarche innovante est tout-à-fait dans l’air du temps : les produits ne seront pas jetés mais recyclés et réutilisés !
